Shelter

Rebecca’s Tent provides overnight shelter during the coldest months of the year between November and April. The shelter welcomes 13 residents at a time in our safe, homelike environment.

We help women of all races, religions and background. All residents must be drug and alcohol free and must be ready to seek employment as well as stable housing.

Our residents receive emotional support, counseling and referrals to community services such as dental and medical care, as well as support for moving to a more stable environment. They also receive essential assistance for obtaining an I.D. card, warm winter clothing, and an address they can call home when job-hunting.
